I am INTP and my son is an ENTP and I have a Lotta problem communicating with him as he always seems to have a chip on the shoulder so to speak. Every time I ask him to help me with something, he never answers, right away and proceeds to ask me a bunch of questions causing me to react with apathy and say something like” Nevermind or whatever” ( Of which causes me to feel guilty about my attitude)

And it may happen, because you yourself are lacking respect in your words and therefore set a bad example, a bad model. And then you reap women who are too afraid to heed your advice and humble themselves because you teach men to treat them like sh*t. Is this what you want? Or will you say that you don't care? Seriously, Chase. I am not here to judge you, but to share critics. You are a teacher for thousands of people. You are going to be responsible for the ideas you plant into people minds. And the way you deliver your information does matter. It just does. Your past videos were so much less spiteful and so much more respectful. And that didn't make them less truthful. You may continue deliver your harsh truths but I just believe that doing this with taking care to show respect has a better chance to have the effect you are expecting. I do think so.

There seems to be a personal and bitter aspect, as well as an competitive way of comparing intelligence and gauging things like who benefits most from even the smallest things. I still say spot in in many regards, but this attitude and delivery leaves me questioning some of my first impression. No reason why you should gaf about that, just expressing the the roller coaster you can put folks on with all of this. Many times when saying "you are..." it feels like a blanket, and false generalization more aimed at someone specific. I didn't finish high school and went to work for various reasons, and while I did do a small amount of college later on for graphic design, .. I'm just a common intp taurus trying always to learn ways in which I can have peace and enjoyment in life while exploring all the places I choose to, that my gray matter takes me to. It's not all as serious as we make it seems to work for me and I have to pick my battles. Disclaimer.... I did mention yesterday that I'm in a transition period yes? Nuf said

Wow!! This is mind blowing!!! I’ve been trying to learn types for years now (started as a way to entertain myself when I had to work by myself during the pandemic) but basically it turned into a confusing rabbit hole of enneagram and MBTI, etc with a bunch of books and videos but no exit and limited insight. Chase, you are like finding the light at the end of the tunnel. Now learning can start. Thank you so much for bringing this concept to non-psychology people. By the way, my sister is an ENTP and talks just like you! You are right about acceptance of ourselves and each other. It makes you appreciate others.

You know it’s so interesting how you mentioned luck function. My whole life I’ve always been able to get myself out of difficult situations based on pure luck it happened so many times. When I should have failed at something or something should have gone wrong at the last day or minute something changed everything turned out well for me somehow.

Take a good look at the lips of ESTP women, it's the easiest tell if they are an ESTP, it's very pronounced, same with ENTJ and the way they articulate the letter T "very short and sharp" and have a very distinct facial structure. For ESTP it's the lips for me but also I can just feel it if it's Siren energy or not (SD octagram)

I try to think of some positive words to let you know how much i appreciate you. But actions speak louder than words. So i will push forward and help others push forward, just like how you pushed yourself forward and how you pushed me forward. Thankyou chase. You are my family.

From things I've read, I'm pretty sure I'm an intp. I have not taken the test. There are variations, or in betweens yes? I very much liked what I've seen of this video. The delivery and lack of a.. these 5 secrets.. type of approach, along with a direct and effective delivery man; was just the nuts...? As my Dad would have said 😎. There was a recurring up/down, or happy/annoyed aspect that I have to like as well. All together too much spot on info at once, and time restraints forced me to stop in the middle and I shall return. All to say, long story short... Thank you. Many of the others are gimmicky with gross generalizations and what they hope will be sensational. Basic and everywhere. We do need to be called out now and again ... I got mad but can't be, and laughed more; so a hit all the way around. My Boss/Mentor is without any doubt an INTP.. He is a great guy buy could be hard to deal with And thanks to these videos I have seen 5 years ago I figured out how to work with him and understand him.. I think we will have a long and great work relationship and he is teaching me a lot everyday.. (PS. I'm an INFJ)

Im ISTP 4w5 and feel very happy with my Intrigue relationship. I believed in him and encouraged him and held good boundaries to display my worth, and I learned how to be my own source of validation, and those things went a long way in getting through the bumps in the beginning stages of relationship. I don’t really have to be my own source most of the time now, he enjoys making me feel good. I’m also able to be what he needs when his Si has its “baby” moments. We consistently feed each other love, patience, acceptance, respect. I notice his sensing functions look up to mine and love to show me all the work he’s doing. And I admire him for it. He is the best researcher I’ve ever met, and so brilliant. It feels very natural. Our experiences as TPs and as 4s gives us a lot of things in common, how we perceive others, our values, and dreams/goals. It’s wonderful. And I love that I can trust in his thinking, his ethics, his morality (perhaps being a 4 caused his Fi to develop faster than most Fi Tricksters), and his loyalty. We are both mature and developed and dedicated. It’s freakin awesome. I’m glad I didn’t give up and held onto hope and faith.

Justified. When you give your entire adult life to give your parents anything they could ever want and need and you get shunned for defending the “not-blood” grandkids bc they are now fostering their own more important blood grandkids- I’m done. Support ripped. You don’t care about the kids you made me care about? Then I’ll give my support to them. That means you get nothing else from me. No remorse. Not disgusted with myself. The long con is too stupid because the ENTP will become loyal to the INTJ. A long con requires at least 5-10 years of consistency. It will take me this long to trust someone enough to tell them my surface-level secrets. I have at least five levels of secrets. The first level won't cause much damage, but they would think they have leverage. However, I will acquire enough damaging material on them to put them in prison for 2-5 years. Trust me, I will acquire that leverage on anyone. I've acquired enough leverage to potentially cause a government collapse in a decent-sized country and embarrass that country's intelligence agencies. I have acquired this amount of leverage by developing my ENTP shadow, oh and ENTP are so easy to social engineer, they are cute, I can play with their emotions and they will tell me all their secrets, the secrets that can destroy their lives. Long con of 20 years might work anything less than that is useless. No ENTP can have the discipline of pulling such con.

I am so grateful for this video. My ESFP sister whom I love very much (yes, I do think this video can still be relevant for non-romantic relationships) cut me, an INFP, off this week. I would have been DISTRAUGHT if not for this video. This, combined with what you said in its INFP counterpart, explains everything. I don’t want to hear her scathing comments. I don’t want to be given parenting advice from someone without kids. But this is her way of showing she cares! I ask her what she thinks all the time. I can’t believe it when she can’t tell me so I keep asking questions to try and draw it from her and she then feels small. I’m a busy mum of three so don’t give her much attention between visits. That probably hurts her. When I express what I want she puts me down. When I do something that unintentionally inhibits her freedom she gets irate. And on and on. I’ll let you know how we go…

As an INTJ, I’ll try to offer a little insight on the whole “shallow” obsession with acceptability. Cassandra. Fated by the gods to utter true prophecies but never be believed. That’s the perspective. Humanity’s unconscious. Gut feelings that people disregard and wind up bringing on a whole lot of unnecessary suffering as a result. As strategic extroverted thinkers, we see which dial it is that needs to be turned in order increase our effectiveness. Unsure exactly how much of this imagery is fully conscious for other INTJS, but it’s in there. Less concerned with acceptability than credibility. It’s a bit of misnomer to characterize this as shallow. This river runs DEEP into the jungle. The character of Mellisandre from Game of Thrones is a bit illustrative here.

INFP’s being the most intelligent? I think not, yes they are smart, but all of the ones I’ve met spend the majority of their free time whining about their “boo boo’s”, they’re so blinded by their feelings they do themselves in, in the long run. My rich INFP boss who has 3 businesses spends the majority of his time feeling bad for himself, has everyone else living his life for him, and then proceeds to wonder why he’s depressed or doesn’t feel good. He has a nanny taking care of his kids, a maid taking care of his house, and has tricked his young fiancé into running his businesses while he sits at home on the couch playing on his phone - all in turn worsens his health situation and makes him even more depressed. They don’t want to work when it comes down to it or really participate once their money has been made. Horrible parents too as far as I’m concerned, the ones I’ve met are more concerned with their feelings than their own children’s outcome and most things are for show, in private they can get real nasty when they think no one else is watching. My moms an INFP and I’ve seen the same exact patterns of hers play out in my bosses life as well. From the outside yea they look brilliant, but if you got a real glimpse of things behind closed doors you would see something entirely different. I don’t know why you build them up like that - They’re great conversationalists, but I personally have never been truly impressed by their behaviors 💀😂 -INTP

In the end i would rather deal with INTJ than INFJ. I have had several bad experiences with INFJs. Not so much with INTJs. Im at a point where i try not to come in contact with INFJ. Subjective Idealism lead by emotion is a horrible combination. I still put my bet on INTJ

I notice arrogant, emotional, and “logical” people look at ENFJ as lacking intelligence. Because they lack emotional intelligence, they think their emotionally fueled logic reigns over everything.
